Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a well-established local law firm based near Bristol, offering a friendly team and the benefit of free on-site parking in a convenient location on the outskirts of the city.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Bristol

A well-established law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team.

You will be joining a friendly, local firm based in a beautiful part of the country, with the added benefit of free on-site parking and an accessible location on the outskirts of Bristol, helping you avoid the daily rush-hour commute.

This role would suit candidates with experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload, regardless of qualification level. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Paralegals and experienced Conveyancers who can demonstrate the ability to manage residential property transactions independently.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• General residential conveyancing work

You will be taking over an existing caseload of very loyal clients and the firm pride themselves on providing a bespoke service.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
• Be confident running transactions with an appropriate level of supervision
• Possess strong client care and communication skills
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
