Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Experience in managing a full caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Ability to develop business and conveyancing departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseloads of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Handle re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Develop the conveyancing department through business initiatives.

Skills

Strong technical ability in residential conveyancing

Confidence to work independently

Mentoring junior team members

Education

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
