Juno Property Lawyers Limited is hiring for conveyancers and qualified lawyers to join a modern, fully remote team focused on residential conveyancing across England and Wales. You will handle freehold and leasehold transactions, supported by in-house software to speed up outcomes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding technical skills and strong knowledge of UK residential conveyancing.
• Able to handle freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain legal matters in plain language.

Responsabilités

• Work with your team to deliver top class conveyancing to clients on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
• Let software handle repetitive admin tasks to focus on complex legal problems.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members and learn from seniors.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and software developers to plan and test software improvements.
• Identify and implement proactive, risk-based solutions to speed up transactions.
• Advise clients by phone and email about complex elements of their case.
• Communicate clearly to clients, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon.
• Contribute to process improvements for quality and throughput.
• Excited by the intersection of law and technology at Juno.
• Handle freehold with/without management companies and leasehold cases with minimal supervision.
• Check title, searches, and contract packs; raise enquiries as needed.
