Job summary

LJ Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a fast-growing, CQS-accredited property team. The role offers hybrid, remote and onsite options from Wiltshire offices with a salary up to £45,000.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience, with FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer status preferred, though non-qualified applicants may be considered. You will work within a 30-strong team and have opportunities to train paralegals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience as FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent.
• Able to work in a pressurised environment with strong billing history.
• Excellent client care and communication.
• Ability to train paralegals would be a bonus.
• Remote/hybrid working arrangements available.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing files and manage client communications.
• Collaborate with onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Contribute to growth of the property department and meet billing targets.
• Support and train paralegals as part of team development.
