Job summary

Lightfoots Solicitors in Thame seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload advising clients on all aspects of the buying, selling and re-mortgage process, including legal issues, finances and contracts.

The role requires 5+ PQE for Solicitors or 2+ PQE for Licensed Conveyancers, with excellent conveyancing experience, including leasehold properties or corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer (2+ PQE) with strong conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions and title issues.
• Ability to manage client matters with accuracy under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload on residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on legal, financial and contractual aspects of buying, selling, and remortgage.
• Carry out title checks, prepare contracts, and review documents.
• Communicate with clients, agents and other solicitors to progress files.
