Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the expanding Conveyancing Team. The firm welcomes qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced unqualified Conveyancers with solid fee-earning experience.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold matters while delivering client-focused, commercially aware service in a busy team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven fee-earning experience in a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle a range of residential transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, equity release, plot sales.
• Keep clients updated throughout the matter and provide a high level of service.
