Job summary

Express Recruitment partners with a leading regional law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their Sheffield team. You will own a varied caseload from instruction to completion, delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional.
• 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property conveyancing.
• Ability to independently manage matters from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and maintain high standards of client care.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Delegate work to Conveyancing Assistants where appropriate.
