QED Legal LLP, a top 100 UK law firm, is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to manage a full caseload of new build purchase transactions. Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong exposure to new build transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of new build purchase transactions.
• Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties.
• Reviewing contracts and supporting legal documentation.
• Handling exchanges and completions in line with deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records on the case management system.
• Providing an exceptional level of client service.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
