Job summary

Expert Employment Limited has an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established legal practice in Manchester. The role focuses on managing a varied residential property caseload with minimal supervision, including freehold, leasehold and new-build transactions.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end matters, liaise with clients and other stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage transactions involving flats and new-build properties.
• Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
