Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is partnering with an established Thames Valley firm to recruit an Experienced Residential Conveyancer for its Maidenhead team. The role offers flexibility across office, hybrid and home-working, with a supportive Conveyancing Assistant and shared onboarding and post-exchange resources.

You will independently manage a diverse conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases while delivering high standards of client service in a

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, ideally 5+ years.
• Confident managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• A strong commitment to client care and building positive relationships.
• Experience with case management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling sales and purchases for a varied client base across both freehold and leasehold matters.
• Work with dedicated Conveyancing Assistant and shared teams for onboarding, post-exchange and post-completion tasks.
• Utilise Visual Files to streamline day-to-day caseload management.
