QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established Leicester office. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, and equity transfers within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing a residential property caseload.
• Good technical knowledge across sales and purchases.
• Strong client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release transactions.
• Review titles and liaise with conveyancing assistants and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
