Job summary

eNL is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its Hampshire team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold matters, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE with strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Ability to manage own caseload and deliver a high standard of service.

• Take ownership of a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Support new builds and ensure compliance and timelines are met.
