Job summary

LR Legal Recruitment in London seeks a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ years’ PQE for a hybrid role in the West End. You will run freehold and leasehold matters, including complex leasehold issues, and contribute to system improvements.

You will maintain excellent client care and compliance while managing transactions from instruction to completion and supporting the firm’s evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience; strong technical conveyancing expertise.
• Experience managing transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
• Experience with new-build and shared ownership matters.

Responsibilities

• Run freehold and leasehold sales and purchases through to completion.
• Handle complex leasehold matters, including Building Safety Act implications.
• Manage new-build and shared ownership transactions.
• Maintain high standards of legal work, compliance and client care.
• Contribute to ongoing development of conveyancing systems and processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
