Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-regarded Stamford law firm. You will manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers with support from an assistant and a strong client network.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, AML compliance, and providing proactive client care, with opportunities to supervise juniors and ensure lender and CQS compliance

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• Strong understanding of AML requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential property files with autonomy
• Conduct due diligence and source of funds checks
• Review and report on title and regulatory compliance
• Raise and respond to enquiries and manage lender requirements
• Oversee exchange and completion processes and post-completion registration
• Supervise junior team members where appropriate
