Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment in the North East region is seeking an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join a respected law firm with ambitions to grow. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Qualified or experienced as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Strong organisational, communication and client care skills.
• Able to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently.
• Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused.
• A team player who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
• Existing introducer relationships or local market connections advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Dealing with transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Managing new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and other parties.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively.
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards.
• Building and maintaining introducer relationships.
