Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join a well-established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand.

You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, and new build or shared ownership transactions, while delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships with introducers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational, communication and client care skills.
• Able to work independently in a busy environment.
• Proactive and client-focused with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Dealing with transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Managing new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and other parties.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively.
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards.
• Building and maintaining introducer relationships.
