Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join a well-established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand.

You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, and new build or shared ownership transactions, while delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships with introducers and partners.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand further.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Dealing with transfers of equity and remortgages
• Managing new build and shared ownership transactions
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and other parties
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards
• Building and maintaining introducer relationships

About You

• Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Qualified or experienced as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Strong organisational, communication and client care skills
• Able to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently
• Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused
• A team player who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service
• Existing introducer relationships or local market connections would be advantageous but are not essential
