Job summary

Gillespie Recruitment Ltd in Bradford is seeking a technically strong Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload from instruction through to completion. You will deliver exceptional client service while upholding regulatory standards in a growing legal team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in residential property transactions, be commercially minded, highly organised, and able to mentor junior colleagues within a collaborative firm

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Fee Earner.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity.
• Provide practical legal advice and maintain client service standards.
• Mentor junior fee earners and support staff.
• Develop relationships with clients and referrers and contribute to BD.
