You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, drawing on 3+ years of conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the process from instruction to post-completion.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong understanding of conveyancing from instruction through post-completion
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and legal support to a Residential Conveyancer
• Manage client matters in line with procedures and service standards
• Prepare correspondence, legal documents and contract packs
• Handle new client enquiries and maintain regular client communication
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
• Order and review searches on purchase matters
• Assist with pre-exchange requirements and post-completion registrations
• Manage file opening and closing procedures
• Prepare client bills and assist with financial administration
• Maintain accurate case management records and filing systems
• Deliver high standards of client care at all times
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures
• Support the wider property team as required
