Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Cardiff is seeking a diligent conveyancing professional to join our growing regional firm. You will manage your own residential caseload with supervision, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity while delivering practical client advice.

This hybrid role offers mentoring, a varied high‑quality caseload, and clear career progression. The package includes salary up to £65k, uncapped bonus, 25 days holiday, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with supervision.
• Handle transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity.
• Support senior colleagues on more complex matters.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider property team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
• Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where required
• Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
• Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows
