Job summary

Tower View in Foulridge, near Colne, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help young people with daily routines, school prep, and activity planning. You will ensure the on-shift team delivers high-quality care and report changes to management.

You will document updates in an electronic care recording system, support a warm home from home environment, and help young people engage in local clubs and activities. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written literacy.
• Willingness to work sleep-ins as part of shifts.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and getting ready for school.
• Plan activities and ensure shifts perform duties to high standards.
• Complete and update care plans regularly.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships.
