Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager with block/estate management experience. You will oversee residential portfolios, apply knowledge of leases and service charges, and ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act.

The role involves coordinating with RMCs, residents, developers, and contractors, while maintaining strong financial controls. Join a supportive team with robust processes and back-office support, located across the South East, with monthly Head Office

Qualifications

• Block/Estate Property Management experience
• Understanding leases and service charge budgeting
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act and Higher Risk Buildings
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Attention to detail and proficient with Excel and financial data
• Excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates.
• Budget and monitor service charges to fund necessary works.
• Lead meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations and Developers.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and M&E requirements.
• Maintain a fully documented audit trail for site visits and meetings.
• Oversee major works programmes and section 20 notices.
