Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Residential Architectural Technician, located in Southampton with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Residential Architectural Technician will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, preparing design proposals, coordinating with clients and builders, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. They will also be tasked with managing project timelines and working collaboratively with other design professionals to meet project objectives.
