Behavioral Framework is looking for individuals with experience working with children who believe they can make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

This is a home-based position requiring a candidate eager to work within family environments to help children develop essential skills such as toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks.

This is a year-round position and not seasonal.

Minimum Requirements:

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collect and record data based on observable client behavior
  • Write progress notes and maintain program books
  • Participate in treatment implementation and parent training
  • Use safe handling, management, and guidance procedures
  • Provide direct client care following behavioral protocols

Physical Requirements:

  • Proficient in fine and gross motor skills
  • Full physical range of motion to support clients
  • Ability to physically write progress notes with supervision
  • Perform activities like standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Transport clients as needed for behavioral management
  • Receive detailed oral communication
  • Visual acuity to ensure work accuracy
  • Physical presence at the job site
  • Willingness to silence phone during sessions and focus on clients
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move over 100 lbs

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma

Required License or Certification:

  • Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred; bus and Uber are not considered reliable)

Rate varies based on experience – starting at $20-$22 per hour DOE. RBT credentialed staff may receive a higher rate if in good standing.
