Senior Architectural Technician Job in Chichester, West Sussex

We currently have a new opportunity working with an award-winning architecture practice based in Chichester. The role involves supporting the technical team and working across sectors such as residential, commercial, leisure, and education. Established over 25 years ago, the practice has about 43 professionals and is located in a converted period building in the city center. Known for quality design, they maintain long-term client relationships across the UK and have numerous ongoing projects. They seek architectural technicians at all levels, committed to staff development and project diversity.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical construction information
• Lead project execution
• Use Revit daily
• Support junior team members
• Visit sites as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Supportive team player
• Strong technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to produce 3D models
• Located within or willing to relocate within 45 minutes of the office
