Job summary

The Old Course Hotel, part of Kohler, in St Andrews, is seeking a Senior Manager - Reservations to lead a team of five Reservations Coordinators, drive conversion, upsell and revenue, and ensure a five-star guest journey from first contact.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Sales, you'll implement pricing strategies, collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Events and Front Office, and oversee new PMS and reservations systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Reservations department in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness with pricing and demand management.
• Proven track record in driving reservations conversion and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Reservations team to deliver high performance.
• Drive conversion, upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align strategy.
• Oversee PMS/reservations system implementation and training.
• Monitor booking patterns and occupancy targets.
• Ensure accurate communication of rates, packages and terms.
