BBC Children in Need is looking for a Senior Research Executive to join the Insight team in Salford on a hybrid basis. You will help bring audience voices into the charity, monitor external trends, and support the annual Appeal with data-driven insights.
You will work on data analysis, desk research, and communicating insights to stakeholders to drive decision-making across the charity.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £28,500-£33,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Join the Insight team at BBC Children in Need for the opportunity to develop insight that will influence the work that we do right across the charity. As Senior Research Executive, you’ll play a key role bringing the voice of our audiences into the charity, monitoring the landscape for children and young people, and helping us keep track of what's happening in the outside world.
You will be working in a team who share a fascination with audiences and what makes them tick, a natural curiosity, and a love of data and insight. The team partners with colleagues right across the charity with a focus on helping them insight-based decisions.
You will join at an exciting time, with the opportunity to directly monitor and report on the impact of our annual Appeal with audiences.
