BBC is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Creative Diversity Team in a 3-month attachment/FTC role. Hybrid work (London/Salford/Glasgow) with 2 days in office per week, focusing on transforming production, commissioning and diversity data into insightful Power BI dashboards.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Include salary range including currency icon e.g. £47,000 - £57,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As part of the BBC's Creative Diversity team, this role will play a key part in transforming complex production, commissioning and diversity data into meaningful business intelligence. Working across multiple data sources, you'll help build a robust data and reporting infrastructure, bringing datasets together, developing impactful Power BI dashboards and generating insights that enable better-informed decision-making and track progress against the BBC's creative diversity ambitions.
This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced Data Analyst who can quickly understand complex data, establish effective reporting solutions and translate information into clear, accessible insight for a range of stakeholders. You'll be comfortable working at pace and taking ownership of defined deliverables within a short‑term assignment.
