Job summary

Adelphi is seeking a Senior Research Associate to provide research and analysis support for Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) across projects. You will work under supervision from senior staff and project leads, contributing to study design, data collection, and reporting.

The role emphasizes high-quality scientific writing, coordination of research activities, and close collaboration with clients and teams to deliver impactful outcomes in patient-centered research.

Qualifications

• Produces high-quality scientific documents with strong grammar and clarity.
• Skilled in qualitative and/or quantitative healthcare research with critical thinking.
• Able to coordinate and lead research tasks and drive project progress.
• Communicates effectively with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform literature searches and review abstracts and journal articles.
• Develop study protocols and documents (interview guides, CRFs, consent forms).
• Prepare and manage submissions to ethical review boards.
• Manage recruitment of patients, caregivers, or other participants.
• Conduct, code, interpret, and analyse qualitative interviews (cognitive debriefing, concept elicitation).
