Job summary

RTI Health Solutions seeks a Senior Psychometrician to join our Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment (PCOA) team. The role combines strategic leadership with rigorous psychometric methods to support regulatory submissions and client decisions.

You will design and oversee classical and modern psychometric analyses, interpret results for sponsors, develop analysis plans and reports, and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with extensive experience in developing and evaluating clinical outcome assessments for regulatory review.
• Experience preparing psychometric analysis plans and reports independently.
• Expertise in SAS and/or R; proficiency with latent variable and psychometric modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific leadership on psychometric and outcomes research programs.
• Design and conduct classical and modern psychometric analyses for clinical outcome assessments.
• Analyse and interpret results and communicate findings to clients within deadlines.
• Produce high-quality analysis plans, reports, and manuscripts.
• Lead proposals, thought leadership, and business development for the PCOA practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
