Bayer is seeking an experienced Health Outcomes Research Lead to shape patient-centred evidence strategies across our clinical development portfolio. The role focuses on developing and implementing COA strategies (PROs, ClinROs, PerfOs) to support regulatory, market access and commercial objectives, across multiple therapeutic areas and with external experts and vendors.

The successful candidate will lead global COA projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the translation of COA data

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Health Outcomes Research experience.
• Experience with COAs and/or PROs.
• Strong understanding of COA methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and global environment.
• Knowledge of eCOA translation and linguistic validation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of global COA strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Digital Health, Market Access and Product Teams to implement COA approaches.
• Lead end-to-end COA projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide regulatory expertise on content, psychometric validation, translation and eCOA implementation.
• Drive interpretation and communication of COA data for regulatory submissions and publications.
• Stay informed on emerging methodologies and standards in patient-centred outcomes research.
