Job summary

Lumanity is seeking an experienced Director of Patient-Centered Outcomes to guide COA strategy for clinical development programs. You will supervise teams, liaise with clients, and contribute to business development while advancing patient-centered methodologies.

Responsibilities include strategic guidance, project oversight, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to present at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in health-related field required; master's or doctorate preferred.
• At least 8 years relevant work experience in patient-centered outcomes.
• Knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory guidelines for patient-centered outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills; liaising with clients internally and externally.
• Experience in consulting.
• Published work in peer-reviewed journals and/or presented at conferences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and scientific guidance on COA strategy to clients and internal teams.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support business development by writing proposals and nurturing client relationships.
• Manage projects, delegating tasks and leading client meetings; mentor junior staff.
• Present at conferences or publish work to showcase capabilities.
