Job summary

Adelphi Values, part of Adelphi Group, seeks a Senior Psychometrician to lead study design and psychometric analyses within the Patient-Centered Outcomes team. You will write protocols, SAPs, and reports, and actively engage with clients and regulators while mentoring junior staff.

This role requires staying at the forefront of psychometric methodology and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Leading study design and writing psychometric sections of protocols from a psychometric perspective.
• Writing Statistical Analysis Plans and leading psychometric analyses and interpreting results.
• Leading, writing and/or reviewing psychometric elements of study reports and publications.
• Engaging with project teams and clients to ensure optimal delivery of analytical elements; acting with regulators.
• Serving as a psychometric consultant internally and externally.
• Monitoring developments in psychometric methodology relevant to Healthcare Analytics.
• Providing internal and external training on relevant psychometric methodology.
• Line managing assigned team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead study design and write psychometric sections of protocols.
• Write SAPs and perform psychometric analyses and interpretation.
• Lead, write and review psychometric elements of study reports and publications.
• Engage with project teams and clients to deliver analyses and liaise with regulators as needed.
• Act as project psychometrician for regulatory discussions.
• Mentor and train team members on psychometric methods.
