Job summary

Production Futures Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to facilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment. You will oversee daily and quarterly repair and QC processes, conduct product research, and support reporting on key repair metrics.

May supervise a Repair Technician and report to Warehouse leadership. Responsibilities include performing technical and cosmetic repairs on Encore equipment and road cases, supporting QC

Qualifications

• 1-2 years technical repair experience, preferably in the audio visual industry.
• Ability to take direction & communicate with managers and subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system, ensuring repair progress are documented and reported; and ensuring compliance to manufacturer/warranty policy.
• See the Bigger Picture - Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts to complete repairs.
• Establish and provide reporting on key repair metrics and ROI.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report all HSE issues to the Warehouse Manager and HSE Manager.

Job description

Facilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment. Responsible for implementing & overseeing daily and quarterly equipment repair and quality control (QC) processes. Conducts product research, performs random and planned quality control checks on regional equipment. Purchases shop related items and provides reporting as necessary on key repair metrics. May supervise a Repair Technician. Reports into Warehoue Supervisor or Warehouse Manager subject to region.
