Job summary

Leading Global CRO in the UK is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote position. You will own data management deliverables, oversee eCRF design, data cleaning, QA, and collaborate with trial teams and clients.

The role requires leadership in CDM activities, training of staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences and 5+ years of pharma CDM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical clinical trial data management experience (or 2+ years as CDM II).
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, data standards and dataflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines and status reports for assigned projects.
• Serve as first line of contact for technical, procedural or out-of-scope discussions.
• Plan study resources and mentor junior staff, delivering training on EDC systems and data QC.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with study binders and data documentation.
• Lead study build/design, eCRF design and UAT participation.
• Develop and maintain DMP, Data Management Project Plan and DQRP.
