Job summary

Leading Global CRO in the UK is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a 100% remote, home-based position. You will own data management deliverables, lead study design and UAT, and manage client relationships across multiple trials.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma data management (or 2+ years as CDM II), strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and data standards, and proven leadership in CDM projects. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or at least 2 years as a CDM II).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills in CDM activities and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines and status for assigned projects.
• Serve as the first line of contact for technical discussions and kickoff meetings.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and data processes.
• Support client audits and regulatory inspections with study documentation.
• Lead study build/design, annotated CRFs and UAT participation.
• Develop and maintain Data Management documentation (DMP, project plan, DQRP).
• Oversee data cleaning, SAE reconciliation and data harmonisation across vendors.
• Coordinate post-go-live changes and archival documentation.
