Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote role within the UK. You will own data management deliverables, timelines and communication with clients, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high quality data for trials.

You will design eCRFs, oversee data cleaning, and maintain study documentation, collaborating with QA for audits and regulatory inspections. Excellent leadership and CDM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences or related fields.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical clinical trial data management experience (or 2+ years as CDM II).
• Deep understanding of clinical trial data management concepts, dataflows, ICH-GCP, and data standards.
• Strong leadership skills in CDM activities and complex project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports for assigned projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for data management discussions and scope.
• Plan resources and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and QC processes.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with data management documentation.
