Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to own data management deliverables on remote UK projects, leading study design, data cleaning, QC, and audits. You will mentor staff, manage client interactions, and ensure regulatory compliance across data workflows including eCRF design and UAT.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or 2+ years as CDM II), with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and data standards and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry.
• At least 5 years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management, or 2+ years as a CDM II.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and data standards in clinical trials.
• Demonstrated leadership in CDM activities and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day data management lead for assigned projects, owning data deliverables and timelines.
• Serve as the first line of contact for technical or scope discussions and participate in kick-offs and audits.
• Mentor junior staff and deliver training on EDC, dataflow, and QC processes.
• Maintain Data Management Study Binders and support client audits and inspections.
• Lead study build and design, including eCRF design and UAT participation.
• Develop and maintain essential study documents (DMP, project plan, DQRP).
• Oversee data cleaning, SAE reconciliation, and data reconciliation across datasets.
• Manage post-go-live changes, locks, and archival documentation.
