Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer (RME) Technician to lead on-site maintenance across our fulfilment network in the United Kingdom. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns quickly, and implement improvements with senior colleagues.

Based in Mansfield, you’ll work shifts and coordinate with multi-site teams, ensuring safety and compliance while driving uptime and efficiency in packaging and distribution operations.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Experience in a technical leadership role within maintenance.
Experience with electrical and mechanical disciplines and automation environments.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate best practice on equipment use and supervise shift teams.
Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventative maintenance.
Lead on-site maintenance and investigate breakdowns promptly.
Drive improvements and standardise processes across sites.
Collaborate with contractors and peers to reduce downtime.
