Job summary

Lineal, a premier eDiscovery and legal technology services firm, seeks a Senior Relativity Operations Analyst to lead Relativity workspace administration, advanced review workflows, and complex productions across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Relativity workspaces and workflows, acting as a critical escalation point for complex review challenges while ensuring quality, defensibility, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology.
• Advanced expertise with RelativityOne and/or Relativity Server administration and review workflows.
• Strong understanding of the EDRM and document review lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Relativity subject matter expert and escalation point for complex review and production matters.
• Design, configure, and manage Relativity workspaces, review workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Lead privilege review, redaction, quality control, and validation processes to ensure defensible outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and validate complex productions, including rolling productions and privilege workflows.
• Manage workspace administration, security, permissions, and user access.
• Troubleshoot advanced Relativity, workflow, and production issues.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and review teams to develop effective review and production strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and promote Relativity best practices.
• Manage multiple high-priority matters while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with Relativity enhancements and emerging eDiscovery technologies
