Lineal, a cutting-edge eDiscovery and legal tech services firm in London, seeks a senior leader to drive Relativity Operations, ensuring world-class service delivery and client satisfaction. You will guide the team, optimize workflows, and champion best practices across compliance and quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, nurture talent, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and data governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in eDiscovery, legal tech, or digital forensics with proven client service excellence.
• 3+ years leading, managing, and developing technical or operational teams in a service delivery environment.
• Extensive knowledge of EDRM, eDiscovery workflows, data governance principles, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Relativity Operations team and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead delivery of Relativity services including workspace management, processing, productions, analytics, and user support.
• Develop, coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members to foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Manage capacity, resource allocation, scheduling, and workload balancing to meet business demands.
• Drive continuous improvement of eDiscovery workflows and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, and client specifications.
• Establish and report KPIs, service metrics, and utilization trends.
