Job summary

TransPerfect Inc in London is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee Relativity-based engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will build client relationships and tailor technical specifications to deliver efficient workflows.

The role requires 2+ years in eDiscovery project management, strong analytics, and hands-on Relativity, MS Office, and data-processing experience. Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements while ensuring client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (2.1) or relevant experience.
• Experience with Relativity is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience; vendor preferred.
• Working knowledge of operations - processing; imaging; printing; coding.
• Deep experience with Analytics (min 4 TAR projects and threading).
• Above average MS Office knowledge (Excel).
• Customer service orientation.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• High-level problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of Relativity projects from start to finish.
• Manage full project lifecycle per client parameters.
• Track schedules, QA, and changes in scope.
• Communicate with clients and offer workflow improvements.
• Answer client questions and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Monitor multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Assist in disclosures with Relativity and LAW.
• Design event handlers to improve workflow.
• Coordinate with production staff on resources and deadlines.
• Liaise between production staff and client during lifecycle.
• Develop analytical approaches to determine actions.
• Ensure jobs meet client/industry standards and deadlines.
• Support in closing new business with sales teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Delegate tasks to junior PM/Hosting staff for development.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
