Job summary

TradingHub in London is seeking a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager to cultivate client relationships and become a product expert. You will solve customer problems, expand engagement across business lines, and drive adoption of TradingHub’s software suite.

The role requires deep financial markets knowledge, a proven track record in managing large accounts, and strong strategic communication. Hybrid working and a collaborative culture are offered.

• Deep knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar accounts and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for TradingHub and foster industry presence.
• Establish deep partnerships with decision-makers and maintain existing ones.
• Prepare customer pitches and demos with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage internal regulatory insights to benefit customers.
• Identify customer-driven product development opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on events such as RegHub.
• Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from leads to close.
• Grow revenue base and expand customer reach.
