Job summary

TradingHub is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant in London to join the Hybrid, full-time Professional Services team. You will lead engagement from customer demos and PoCs through to full-scale implementations for world-leading institutions, applying model-based market abuse surveillance expertise.

The role requires deep financial markets knowledge, experience with fixed-income and derivatives, and strong programming skills (SQL, Python, C#).

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in financial markets from trading, risk or quant perspective.
• Strong knowledge of fixed-income assets including derivatives.
• Familiarity with risk sensitivities such as Delta, Gamma, DV01.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through direct contact and data analysis.
• Develop customer pitches, run PoCs and onboard new customers.
• Configure systems, run data batches and troubleshoot implementations.
• Write custom metrics/reports using scripting language.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering to ensure timely delivery.
