Job summary

Rathbones in Liverpool is hiring a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support the Group's prudential reporting framework, governance and regulatory submissions. You will coordinate document production, maintain regulatory data, and ensure timely compliance with FSCS obligations.

The role requires strong collaboration with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams, excellent data handling skills and a detail-oriented approach to governance and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Group Regulatory Reporting Governance Framework and policies, monitor compliance, and assist with regulatory submissions and regulator inquiries.
• Coordinate annual production of prudential documents, track milestones and facilitate review and governance processes.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of Pillar 3 Disclosures and Resolution Pack sections to align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain regulatory reference data, including entity structures, LEIs and related records for reporting purposes.
• Support FSCS obligations through management information, questionnaires and processes to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory applications, notifications, permissions and waivers with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor governance issues, audit findings and remediation actions, maintain action tracking and reporting.
• Assess regulatory developments and impacts with Compliance and business stakeholders.
• Support delivery of regulatory change initiatives by updating procedures and embedding changes.
