Job summary

Rathbones Plc in Liverpool seeks a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support prudential reporting and governance. You will coordinate governance, prepare submissions and manage regulatory documentation, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the Group.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Risk and Compliance, and a proactive approach to regulatory change and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Group Regulatory Reporting Governance Framework and associated policies.
• Prepare management information for governance committees and assist with regulatory submissions and regulator enquiries.
• Coordinate annual production of prudential documents and stakeholder input, tracking delivery milestones.
• Maintain regulatory reference data, including LEI records, legal entities and organograms.
• Assist with FSCS obligations, including information requests and processes.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory applications, permissions, waivers and shareholding submissions.
• Monitor governance issues and remediation actions, maintaining CAMMS action tracking.
• Contribute to regulatory horizon scanning and the implementation of regulatory changes.

About the Role

To support the delivery and ongoing development of the Group's prudential reporting and regulatory governance framework, ensuring regulatory submissions, prudential documentation and associated governance activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory expectations.

To provide regulatory reporting expertise and coordination across the Group, supporting regulatory change, governance oversight and compliance with prudential regulatory requirements.

What youll be responsible for

• Group Regulatory Reporting Governance Support the maintenance of the Group Regulatory Reporting Governance Framework and associated policies, monitor compliance with reporting requirements, prepare management information for governance committees and assist with regulatory reporting submissions and regulator enquiries.
• Prudential Documents Coordination Support the annual production of prudential documents and subsidiary requirements, coordinating stakeholder input, tracking delivery milestones and facilitating review and governance processes.
• Prudential Document Production Support the preparation and maintenance of sections of key prudential documents, including the Pillar 3 Disclosures and Resolution Pack, ensuring content is accurate, complete and aligned to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Regulatory Reporting Administration and Entity Maintenance Maintain regulatory reference data, including close links, legal entity structures, organograms, controller information and LEI records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date for regulatory reporting purposes.
• FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) Oversight Support the delivery of the Group's FSCS obligations, including management information, questionnaires, SCV processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and requirements.
• Regulatory Applications and Notifications Prepare and coordinate regulatory applications, notifications, permissions, waivers and shareholding submissions, engaging with stakeholders to gather information and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Regulatory Governance and Issue Management Monitor regulatory governance issues, audit findings and remediation actions through CAMMS, maintain action tracking and reporting, and support stakeholders in delivering timely resolution of identified issues.
• Regulatory Horizon Scanning Support the assessment of regulatory developments and emerging requirements, working with Compliance and business stakeholders to identify impacts on prudential reporting, governance and disclosure obligations.
• Regulatory Change Implementation Support the delivery of regulatory change initiatives by assessing requirements, updating procedures and documentation, coordinating stakeholder activities and helping to embed regulatory changes within reporting processes and controls.
