Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst in London to own preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting requirements such as Capital and Liquidity, and to help with Pillar 3 disclosures. The role emphasizes data quality, compliance and cross-team collaboration.

You'll work in a hybrid London office, use data visualisation to build dashboards, automate recurring tasks, and partner with IT and regulatory change teams to scale processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting (Capital, Liquidity).
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations.
• Assisting with Pillar 3 disclosures and related capital/liquidity reporting.
• Executing and improving controls to keep reporting timely and accurate.
• Performing data profiling to ensure high data quality and investigating issues.
• Using data visualisation tools to build dashboards and support sign-off.
• Collaborating with internal teams to inform business decisions on new products.
• Automating workflows and leveraging technology to scale processes.
