Monzo in London is seeking a highly proactive, commercially minded Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Finance team and help scale our world-class reporting function. This role is well suited to a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with an audit background.

You’ll work with our engineers and data teams to automate the production elements of reporting, review accounting policies, support the full year-end process with external auditors, and contribute to ESG sustainability

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with an audit background.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and products to write insightful management commentary.
• Work with engineers and data teams to automate production elements of reporting.
• Understand accounting policies and ensure they are scalable.
• Support the full year end process, including interaction with external auditors.
• Assist with ESG sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Prepare monthly management and ad hoc reports with analysis.
