Job summary

Man Group in London seeks a regulatory reporting specialist to join the London Financial Accounting team. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reporting for UK subsidiaries, ensuring timely, accurate filings and strong control over the accounting records.

The role requires collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Group Reporting and external auditors, contributing to ad-hoc projects and process improvements while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Regulatory reporting experience in financial services is essential.
• Advanced accounting knowledge including local GAAP statutory reporting.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and entity reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reporting for UK subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare updates on regulatory reporting and KPIs for senior stakeholders with clear commentary.
• Monitor regulatory compliance across the Group's entities and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform monthly financial accounting activities including ledger accuracy and reconciliations, and support tax returns.
• Prepare board packs and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
