Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our data‑driven regulatory team in London. You will own the preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory interpretations and Pillar 3 disclosures.

You will optimise controls for timely and accurate reporting, enhance data quality, and build dashboards to provide clear insights for sign‑offs and business decisions, with a strong emphasis on automation and collaboration with IT

Qualifications

• Understanding of capital requirements and liquidity reports.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn SQL and collaborate with IT.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting (e.g., Capital, Liquidity).
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations.
• Assist in producing capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (Pillar 3).
• Execute and improve controls to ensure timely, accurate, complete reporting.
• Maintain high data quality through profiling and issue investigation.
• Use data visualization to build dashboards for sign-off and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to inform business decisions and input into new product launches.
• Design efficient automation to scale reporting as the business grows.
